How long will it take to process my refund?
From the time of approval of the request, it will take between 7 to 14 working days to process a refund.
How do I request for a refund?
Send an email to akamhabooks@gmail.com and include your details of purchase. Also include the product’s vendor’s approval of the refund, if needed.
Should I submit my bank account details?
That will not be needed, the refund will be processed via the payment platform you used in making payment.
What is needed for my refund request to be approved?
For a refund to be approved, it must meet with our conditions for refund stated on our Refund Policy page.
Do I return the product?
Since our products are digital, they are deemed used as soon as you download or the product purchased is delivered to your e-mail. Therefore, there is no need to return it, but you might be removed from the support group or community of the product if it has one.
How is a request refund processed?
After you submit a request for refund, our after-sales service team reviews your request to ensure fairness to all parties involved. You may be redirected to the product’s vendor if needed. If your request meets the necessary conditions, it will be approved. On the other hand, our after-sales team reserves the right to disapprove refund
