ADPs Refund Policy
A buyer has 30-Day money back guarantee, for a purchase. If, for any reason, a customer is not sufficiently satisfied with a purchase.
We invite you to review our refunds and returns policy.
This policy covers digital products and as a result, after a purchase is made, such digital products are deemed “used” after download or successfully delivered the customer’s e-mail.
Conditions for Refund
You are entitled to a refund only if ALL the following 3 conditions are met:
(1) The product was purchased in the last 30 days before you make the request for refund.
(2) The proof of purchase is provided such as the receipt or the transaction ID.
(3) The product has violated at least one of the customers guarantees below:
- (a) The product received is different from what was ordered.
- (b) The product is illegal or unsafe to use.
- (c) The content of the product does not match the product description on the sales page.
Kindly note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds of any purchase that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
